We are 1 week away from announcing the winners of our 2nd Annual Comedy Contest, and if the success of our past winners and today's news is any indicator, those placing high will have a bright future ahead.

Screenwriter Duane Piedmont from Studio City, California was a finalist in our 2nd Annual TV Contest for his TV spec "Savages" and today we're proud to announce that he has officially signed with Kaplan-Stahler Agency and Heroes And Villains Entertainment. The competition in our TV contest was fierce, but Duane's pilot screenplay rose to the top garnering him an incredible amount of attention.

Duane's success now makes 9 Stage 32 contest finalists or winners who have been signed, produced or are currently in development!
