About Alexandra

Alexandra began her career as an actress in film, TV and theatre. She lived in the US for almost two decades and for ten years worked as an actress in Los Angeles. She returned to her native London in 2006. Her acting credits include Mr Holland's Opus, Titanic and From Paris With Love and Coronation Street. In recent years she's moved towards screenwriting and directing. Her second short film BOXER ON THE WILDERNESS enjoyed a successful film festival run and is a teaser for her feature film, THE WILDERNESS, set 100 years ago in London's East End about an Olympic gold medal winning boxer.

Her debut feature is a supernatural thriller called WIDOW'S WALK. It shot in Suffolk in 2017 and stars Miranda Raison, David Caves and Virginia McKenna and will be released in UK cinemas in 2019.
