Allen Lynch's musical projects include film soundtracks and underscores, Music Supervisor for several feature films, tour and venue sponsorships, and extensive live performances. Allen and Randy Lynch’s music is featured in major motion pictures and indie films, TV shows, and commercials.
Allen and Randy have composed, produced, performed, and engineered songs featured in soundtracks, underscores, and trailers including the blockbusters Disney's "Annapolis", Sony Pictures' "xXx: State of the Union", and Universal Pictures' "2 Fast 2 Furious". Allen and Randy have composed music for Orion Classic Pictures' "Rain Without Thunder", Jeff Daniels' "Escanaba in Da Moonlight", Hemdale Pictures' "Mosquito", Bruce Campbell's "Hatred of a Minute", and EnterAktion's animated film "Dwegons and Leprechauns".
Allen and Randy's works have appeared in several hit TV shows including "The Simpsons", "The Jersey Shore", and Mark Burnett's "The Apprentice" and "The Contender". The prolific musicians’ credits include gaming's EA Sports "NBA Live" & EA Games “Need For Speed: Most Wanted” , and the theme for the 2012 NBA Western Conference Finals.
Born and raised in Detroit, Allen's musical training began with classical piano and expanded to orchestral percussion. Allen was tutored by Motown session drummers and burst onto the stages of night clubs and bars at the age of 14. Along with his guitar playing sibling, Randy, the Lynch brothers rocked audiences with their power, pop, funk, fusion from Florida to Canada and Singapore to Switzerland; performing over 200 shows annually.
Allen directed sponsorships and major marketing programs for IndyCar Racing, NASCAR Racing, Stars on Ice Tour, George Clinton and the P-FUNK All Stars Tour, and more. Allen headed the Marlboro Music Program which sponsored hundreds of artists, thousands of venues, and millions in attendance. Allen developed and executed programs for guerilla marketing campaigns, major sporting events, illusion programs, and live music simulcast events that produced unprecedented access for millions of fans and countless impressions. Allen has appeared in several national ad campaigns, commercials, TV shows, and films.
