About Armelle

I was born in Switzerland, grew up in France and have lived in the U.K for more than 20 years. I am now based in a leafy part of South London.
I graduated from the Central School of Speech & Drama in 2012 with an MA in writing for stage and broadcast media. I write for film, TV, stage and radio.
In 2018, my screenplay Freedom Soldier reached the Semifinals of the Nicholl Fellowships, Second Rounders at the Austin Film Festival and Semifinals of the Final Draft Big Break contest.
In 2020, my screenplay MALICK won second place at the Beverly Hills Film Festival and placed in the last 20 of the Writers Lab (NYC).
