This film was made for the Milwaukee 48 Hour Film Project, which had four requirements. The genre of cop/detective, a balloon as a prop, a character who was an artist, and the line of dialogue, "You won't believe me." This entire film was conceptualized, filmed, edited, and completed within the 48 hour time frame.
