I have always had a thing for words. At the age of nine I wrote a story about a boy who lived on the other side of the moon. I illustrated it and stapled it into a ‘book’.
I kept writing, but never very seriously, distracted by life. I worked as a train attendant between Paris and Amsterdam, as a bar tender all over Brussels, a theatre production and communication manager, an English teacher and a photographer.
At the age of forty with two small children I thought it high time to finally do what I really only ever wanted to do: write screenplays.
I finished the UCLA Professional Program, and am part of a writer’s group. I was selected for Stowe Story Labs in September 2015, and was recently invited back to the Writer's Retreat in Spring.
I made Top 25 of the Launchpad Competition.
