Bill H McKinney III, Entertainment Consultant/ Producer/ founder/CEO of Global Pictures Studios, and Corporate Liaison for IMPACT NETWORK which is the first African American nationally owned Christian TV Network as well the Founder of ( an Online Movie Streaming Business, born in Detroit, Mi and partly raised in Pomona, California. A highly creative and idealistic professional, with over 20 years of experience in various aspects of the business and entertainment arena. Bill McKinney quickly became a house hold name as a film producer after successful releases of "Blessed & Cursed" and Hit Comedy Movie "CornerStore". Bill, also teamed up with Brandon T. Jackson, Tanya Ryno and Funny or Die to Produce a Viral Short "BIG TWEET" that help revolutionize short film parody videos. Bill McKinney currently became a world wide distributor of Films and recently became a Co-Founder with 8 others of The Motown Project 313 and have engineer a deal with the highly anticipated launch of Faith-Based Films. Bill and wife Amyra McKinney (Vice President of Global Pictures) formed McKinney Entertainment Agency in 2013, an Entertainment Employment staffing agency that specialize in scouting and placing Talent for local or national jobs. With Film Producing being Bill first priority, Conquering the Faith-Based film genre have taken Bill on a quest to create a world wide Film Ministry preaching through Film.
