Born and raised in Chicago, serving our country as a US Marine Sergeant (1996-2000), and earning a BA in Film & Video from Columbia College Chicago ('04)…Mr. De Avila's unique combination of life experiences and passion for the arts allows him to comfortably traverse either side of any street. He is a 14-year veteran of the Illinois State Police and currently assigned to the Executive Protection Unit.
