Lennon Blake

My formal training began at MTSU in the realm of post-production sound design. I was fortunate to find myself in a creative and competitive environment that consistently challenged my standards and abilities.
I was given opportunities very early on to fill such roles as boom operator, supervising sound technician, composer, and editor on my fellow filmmaker’s projects before securing more professional contracts of my own. During my studies, I worked as a projection booth manager for Carmike Cinema’s where I was called upon to perform a variety of daily maintenance and quality control tasks. I played a key role in the installation of 8 State-of-the-Art Christie 4k digital projectors.
In October 2007 I was given the opportunity to work as a studio technician and jib operator for Jewelry Television and the Shop-At-Home Network before it’s closing on March 8th, 2008. I would later find myself as an A/V Technician with Encore Event Technologies while maintaining independent contractual positions.
As evidenced in my résumé and demo reel, I have extensive experience in a variety of endeavors and roles that require adaptability, education, and standards to function efficiently in a digital media based environment. I look forward to a chance to further discuss my qualifications and credentials.
