Born in 1967 in Tunis, Mdini Rashed Director and Producer Independent Filmmaker French arrived in France in 1971 at the age of three and a half years in the 20th at Paris. He opened his film production companies, and he called , Mon Film a moi , les Films Epsylon (associe) , Toupie Films and L'Art Image
