Unique traits: I have unique qualifications for writing family film scripts in that I have an MFA in Children’s Book Illustration and Screenwriting from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. My method has been to write a family script (for animation or live action) and then create a children’s book from that story. My imagined scenes then inform my illustrations. Creating imaginative scene details with distinct characters and dialog is my specialty!
