About Sidney

Sidney Crudup II is a three-time author, freelance writer, playwright, preacher and musician who lives in Florida.

In the late eighties, Crudup’s skills grabbed the attention of Grammy Award winning artists, DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince. After a brief audition in Jazzy’s basement studio, he was fortunate enough to land a spot on the hit platinum album, Homebase. He then signed a music contract with Warner Bros. through the production company, A Touch of Jazz, Inc., but due to contractual issues, his material was never released.
