Jose Gomez

I'm a brooks institute of photography alumni. While attending brooks I decided I wanted to be a Steadicam operator. Given my circumstances I couldn't afford one. I met a fabricator and with his help and guidance I built my first rig. Capable of flying cameras 35lbs and above. Years later an friend and I built a second rig geared towards dslrs and smaller rigs but capable of being sprung to fly Reds. Now currently working on a third rig that allows various spring loads. I've worked as an ac and operator on several low budget music vids and currently working towards my days towards the local 600. Film gear and fabrication is my specialty but Steadicam and operating is my passion and life long goal.
