Veronica McKenzie has over 18 years experience in the entertainment industry. From producing at infamous UK cable station L!ve TV, to writing comedy sketches for ‘BLOUSE ‘N’ SKIRT, (BBC 2 comedy panel show), ‘COMEDY DOT NET’ (BBC Music Live), and ’11 O' CLOCK SHOW’ (with Ricky Gervais), taking in soaps (Coronation Street), theatre (A Woman on Fire - her tribute to Nina Simone) and film (NIne Nights BBC). Moving to LA to focus on film, she set up Reel Brit Productions and co-produced 'THE LAST SUPPER' (2011). She was script analyst for Gold Circle Films, Magnet Media, Essential Entertainment and Shoreline Entertainment (US). Returning to London for the 2012 Olympics, she worked on Stories of the World Youth Communications Project, whilst developing feature documentary 'UNDER YOUR NOSE' which previewed at the V&A and short 'FINDING HOME' about LGBT asylum seekers. She teamed up with LA based director Tiffany Quarles to produce 'THE FIRST LADY OF MOTOWN' about Claudette Robinson, and has just wrapped filming on feature film Nine Nights.
