From a small town in the middle of Georgia, I often sought outlets in which to further explore my artistic capabilities. Fort Valley is known for three things: buses, peaches, and sports/education. To understand my walk, one must understand my habitat. Literally still divided by racism and bigotry, my town made it hard for a minority to express himself creatively. Thankfully, I was blessed with an undying hunger for knowledge and art of any form.
Winning many creative writing awards and creating and designing many characters was great for my self-confidence, however it left me unfulfilled with exploring my passion. I joined the band as a teen, gaining an enriching experience as a part of the "Best Band in the Land" (as deemed by "The Battle of the Bands"). Musically, I flourished to Section Leader of my lower brass unit and became 1st and 2nd chairs in our Symphonic and Jazz Bands. In my spare time, I created beats and music using Sony PlayStation's Music Generator and illustrated, outlined, and prepared my ideas for future anime and graphic novels.
Now, as a family man, I am utilizing my capabilities and gifts to establish a strong foundation for a career as a digital cinematographer. I am striving to "put all of my eggs into the same basket" and later build non-profit organizations after establishing a lucrative company for my team of aspiring artists who share my vision. I am very blunt, driven, and open to any constructive criticism. I am a great listener and an accelerated learner. I hope to network and personally achieve many great works with you, someday. God bless each of you.
