Alessandro Lui was born in Messina in 1991. In 2012, he graduates in Perfoming Arts from the Link Academy – European Academy of Dramatic Art in Rome – directed by Alessandro Preziosi, with the highest grades.
His debut as a professional actor takes place in January 2012, on stage at the Teatro Belli in Rome, with the show “Un Deux Tres Pam Ham” directed by Marcello Cotugno.
Then in August, Alessandro was selected among hundreds of applicants to participate in a workshop conducted by Claudio Tolcachir at the Biennale di Venezia.
That same year he had his first experience on a film set by participating in the feature film “Ragazze a mano armata”, directed by Fabio Segatori.
In January 2013, Alessandro obtains one of the leading roles in the play “Abbascio ‘a grotta” written and directed by Antonio Diana.
A few of months later, in June, Alessandro attends the workshop “Gli attori musicali” directed by Emma Dante in La Vicaria in Palermo.
He is once again selected in August to participate in the workshop conducted by Tolcachir at the the Biennale di Venezia.
Currently, he is the face of the Coca-Cola Zero spot, distributed in Europe.
