During her time as an undergrad at William Paterson University, Casey O'Connell was able to work on short films that went on to win awards and nominations at multiple film festivals. She succeeded as a director for being able work well with those around her and delegate responsibilities in order to accomplish a great task. Her ability to maintain a very organized schedule and strength in attention to detail was the reason for her achievement not only as a producer on such films, but also as production coordinator at Berkeley College.
She was fortunate enough to follow her love for music and work as a personal assistant for a prominent New Jersey vocal coach. Her voice coach, and mentor, preaches the idea of giving back whenever there is the chance to do so. This became the main reason why Casey had helped her to develop Philanthrorocks, an outlet that encourages musicians to be socially conscious. With this in mind, Casey brings a positive perspective and good-natured work ethic to any company or business she works for.
When she sticks to her passion, it positively translates into her work. Ideally, she would love the opportunity to work at an organization where she can learn to make a difference. She is looking to bring her education, dedication, and responsibility into a workplace where she can be inspired to further enhance her skills within the entertainment industry.
