Dan Donovan

My first studio became a hive of activity with DJ'S and EDM producers and a musically experimental period for me. My first release was writing and producing the lyrics for the "Dextrous" track "Moments of pleasure" followed by a compilation album of artists recording at the studio, "State Of Mind, Expose The Hide-Out" released on the Bristol Trip Hop label, Cup Of Tea Records, 3 of my tracks from the album were licensed to 6 various artist albums. More recently I have written and produced for vocalists on various projects (DDF Music) and in 2009 I entered 2 tracks (2 artists) in the Coca Cola soundwave competition, sponsored by MTV and won 1st and 2nd place.
On March the 8th 2014 I released my EP, Dan Donovan Light & Dark
an organic balance of live and electronic, with strong melodies and bluesy vocals.
