Duncan Whitcombe

Duncan has been involved in the music industry for 30 years. He is an excellent audio engineer in Live sound, recording and mastering. He has also worked on some post-production audio editing and recently has been the voice for a series of custom eLearning modules for Energised Learning.

Duncan also enjoys playing, composing and arranging music and was classically trained and grew up on the classic synths. Over the years he has played in bands and special events including pipe organ for weddings, composed background music for picture, string arrangements for albums and transformed a bare recorded voice to a full album.

In his other life he is very experienced in the IT industry with responsibilities for Infrastructure, Datacentre management and Project management.

He regularly attends industry events whenever possible and also recently earned an MBA.

He is really keen to get involved in sound design, audio element editing and re-recording as these are new areas of involvement that really inspire him.
