Crowdfunding & Impact Campaign Producer (Part-Time, Contract)

Project Title: Feature-Length Documentary on Men’s Mental Health & Suicide Prevention, One Breath At A Time

Location: Remote + South Florida (preferred but not required)

Rate: $25-32 (negotiable based on experience) with possibility of a flat fee model

Schedule: Flexible, Part-Time Contract

About the Project

We are producing a feature-length documentary exploring male suicide prevention through the intimate lens of a sister who lost her brother. The film weaves together personal narrative, reenactments, expert interviews, and social experiments to examine masculinity, stigma, grief, and the path toward healing.

This is a mission-driven project rooted in emotional authenticity, cultural impact, and social change.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Crowdfunding & Impact Campaign Producer to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our crowdfunding campaign. This role requires someone who is both analytical and well-connected, with the ability to translate a powerful story into a compelling fundraising movement.

You will help position the film for financial support, audience engagement, and long-term impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a crowdfunding campaign strategy on Seed & Spark

  • Identify and leverage partnerships, donor networks, and aligned communities

  • Create fundraising goals, tier structures, and campaign messaging

  • Manage campaign budgeting, analytics, and performance tracking

  • Assist in outreach to organizations, mental health advocates, and impact partners

  • Collaborate on marketing copy, launch timelines, and audience growth strategy

  • Support campaign storytelling alignment with the film’s mission and tone

Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Proven experience running successful crowdfunding campaigns (film preferred)

  • Strong connections in film, nonprofit, or social impact spaces

  • Excellent organizational and financial planning skills

  • Strategic thinker who is data-informed and mission-aligned

  • Clear, responsive communicator

  • Passion for social impact storytelling or mental health advocacy

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Experience with documentary film campaigns

  • Background in nonprofit fundraising or impact producing

  • Familiarity with mental health or trauma-informed storytelling
