Frank Ponce is a filmmaker based in Hollywood, California. As a 'military brat,' he was raised in Misawa, Japan and spent his teenage years in Lakenheath, England. Frank earned a Bachelor's in Journalism and Mass Communications as an Advertising major at the University of South Carolina on a full scholarship. While in college, he was fortunate to work on five feature films shot in the Southeast as an art department professional. After graduation, he became a commercial producer at WTOC - TV in Savannah, Georgia. Upon producing a handful of regional commercials and short films, he seized several opportunities to work in Los Angeles.
His work has been featured on TV, the web, and at various international film festivals. Besides his passion for filmmaking, Frank is an avid movie-goer, closet futurist, amateur gourmet chef and a proud pug parent.
