Nuclear Nation - past, present, future (2021 - 2023)
Documentary by Henrik Perälä Director, Screenplay, Videographer "It's extremely strange that a synth club starts in 1998, I can't imagine a worse synth year", says music journalist Fredrik Strage about the birth of the Linköping club Nuclear Nation. In the upcoming documentary film, we see lots of archive footage and meet the founders, board members and activists throughout the years of the club's existence. It also asks the question of today's touring electronica acts, such as Emmon, Chaos All Stars and Tobias Bernstrup - what place does a small alternative club like Nuclear Nation have in today's and tomorrow's music scene?
