About Karena

I'm an optioned screenwriter and a Page and Nicholl quarterfinalist with the inspiring true story NO REFUGE.

I love to write inspiring and uplifting stories and with my background in dog training there just might be an animal in it.

My background includes:
-- Optioned script that received an industry "Recommend".
– My scripts, NO REFUGE and THE UN-RAPTURED have received industry Recommends.
-- Playwright, including a book adaptation and production of "In His Steps."

Currently, I'm writing a Christmas dog script..
And I'm available for screenplay writing assignments and rewrites.
