Distribution : Optimizing digital downloads by Kevin Raichl

We are starting to move towards creating less DVD content, and more file-based delivery in content for our clients. Amazon, iTunes, and others seem a pretty happening market, but we know little about that. Has anyone suggestions about forums, tutorials, help sites in that area? We've gone to the websites to sign up, but of course there's no nuance there. Any advice would be appreciated.
