AMERICA'S WOMAN is a documentary feature that revolves around the mysterious woman, overlooked by historians, who had a profound influence on George Washington, his vision for America, and its independence – a vision that could deeply influence the nation’s need for healing and unity. A journey into the heart of America's past and future, the film is the first to explore this relationship in depth. The film is written and directed by Marcelle Abela, who also serves as one of the producers alongside Charles Thompson. The cast includes notable figures such as John Koopman III, Bonnie Victoria Kiefer, Adam Carrizales, Ben Koschella, Nick Denton, James Miller, Andrew Card, Kay Daniels, and Mark Heath among others. Historical figures like John Fitzgerald Kennedy, Wamsutta Frank James, Ronald Wilson Reagan, George Walker Bush, Hillary Rodham Clinton, Malcolm X, and Martin Luther King, Jr., are also featured, in addition to members of the Wampanoag Nation. The story is brought to life by narrators Chepi Anthony Miller and Warren Wilcock, who provide historical and cultural context and commentary.
