About the meetup

Hello There,

The purpose of this meeting is to brainstorm about Short Film collaboration possibilities. Anybody that is serious about Short Films (experienced preferred) is welcome. Have an idea what you'd do on set.

I would especially like to meet a co-writer/co-producer, an up and coming DP that has access to good glass, and is able to create excellent DOF.

We have a few finished scripts and ideas that we are developing. In case of a good match, you'll be able to participate in the decision making process and have your own material as well.

The final selection will be a low-budget/low risk piece with a strong theme/concept/story/script, have few locations, and likely based on pre-existing literary work.

Aiming to have a film look and feel, rather than video/new media vibe (target is festivals for now).

A definitive plus would be the ability to pull some favors (being a people person), borrow some equipment, assemble a crew and familiarity with delivery requirements.

The final location will be revealed to those who RSVP by Friday night.
