FULL BIOGRAPHY:
Nick Ramos is an Emmy Award nominated Producer, who has over a decade of experience writing, producing, developing, directing and editing: news, reality, entertainment coverage and daytime television. Nick began his television career at WUPW Fox Toledo News in Toledo, Ohio. Shortly thereafter, Nick served as producer for E! Entertainment, where he produced E!’s highest-rated news specials in 2009.
During his television career, Nick proved instrumental in helping launch Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Revolt TV, where he helped implement the news department’s workflow and infrastructure. Nick has also worked as one of the producers on BET Remembers Whitney, a tribute special that was submitted for multiple awards season consideration. Additionally, he has produced for Evolution Media, in Burbank, California where he worked on several projects including: My Black is Beautiful (BET); High School Confidential (WE); and Vanderpump Rules (Bravo). Nick’s producing credits also include: Canadian outlet Rogers Television; AOL-Huffington Post; ITV Studios; NUVO TV; the syndicated series American Latino, Irwin Entertainment; and Leepson Bounds for Nat Geo WILD.
Most recently, Nick worked on the Paramount lot as Field Producer and received an Emmy award nomination for his work on the CBS medical daytime talk show The Doctors, in which he contributed to nearly 130 episodes.
At the heart of Nick’s work is his strong belief in helping young people with their film and television careers. His efforts of “giving back” and offering career guidance, was the focus when Nick most notably was invited as 2015 Keynote Speaker for his Alma mater Bowling Green State University.
Nick is a member of the Producers Guild of America, Motion Picture Editors Guild (I.A.T.S.E.), and the National Association of Hispanic Journalists.
