I'm searching for Hyan Thiboutet, my script writer. He's been working on my story for over a year but suddenly disappeared. I understand that he is well known in Scotland and England. I know that his daughter tragically died last year. He was also one of the script writers on Avatar so his disappearance is out of character. If anyone should know where Hyan is, please ask him to contact me urgently.

I should say something about myself. I am Henry Van Zanden from Sydney, Australia. I am hoping to produce a movie drama, titled 1629 Mutiny on the Batavia followed by a sequel, The Lost White Tribes of Australia. (Book has been published). I should be selling my script now to film companies but my script writer, Hyan Thiboutet suddenly disappeared. I don't know which direction to go. Di I preserver with Hyan and hope he contacts me, or simply find a new scriptwriter. Any ideas?
Hi Kathryn. hopefully I will be able to find Hyan. His 3 month year old daughter died and he may not be in the best place. I need to know from Hyan if he can complete the work. If not, I will need to rehire or have someone complete the work that he has already done. I'm hopeful that someone in either Scotland or England will be able to contact him.
I have found Hyan thanks to Stage 32. Back on track with the script. Hyan has cancer and that has made things in his life very difficult but he still wants to finish our script.
Hyan has spun a story that he has cancer but he really just wants to keep the money I had already sent him for a script. I've been conned. Please be careful when dealing with Hyan Thoboutet as you will lose your money.
I think better is to pay on delivery. That is what I do and expect.
