Screenwriting : " I Promise ". by Raymond ( Ray) Thyer

G'day all, I have posted a log line of one of my Screenplays titled "I Promise" of a story based in Australia and London though it can be rewritten for any two countries. My problem is I know not how to attract a movie maker. producer or director in UK, USA or Europe to please consider it. What should/can I do to attract them? Please help, thanks in advance, Ray Thyer in Australia.
