Hello everyone! My name is Roberta Wilson. I am a pastry chef from Chicago, Illinois. Food and writing are my passions. I have been blessed for nearly 20 years with a gift of creating desserts. My recipes are used in several restaurants as I have met many talented chefs, that have graciously given me opportunities. Like the late great actress, Bette Davis, I've done it the hard way. The characters in my stories are pastry chefs. Smart, sharp, and a little tough and romantic women. I shade experiences from crazy chefs, and struggles I've had and blend those into my stories.
