Lisa.. I just read this and find it extremely important for producers, writers and those seeking to succeed in TV. The fact that the viewing public engages with shows and characters via Twitter, along with the fact that Nielsen uses social media as another market share analytic is important. We are in the era of Social TV and Film now, which paves the way to multi-platform production. The future is NOW.
