Post-Production : Student film issues. by Larry Freeman

Student film issues.

I was working on editing a class project but discovered three clips that were missing audio. The project ended and getting the actors together to record the missing audio was/is impossible. I am unhappy with the final product but I did what the group wanted with the clips that had audio. The clips are roughly 5 minutes that I might be able to get down to 2 or 3 minutes for the story shots. The other two are 3 minutes long that I can get down to about 1 or 2 minutes for story shots. I feel that a total possible 4 to 7 minutes of footage with ghostly sounds would be too much. I may also be able to ignore two of them all together but I'm still not sure of what to do. Any advice or questions about what I'm looking for. I know this may not be clear enough. I've been told I skip around too much and I am working on that.
