Beat sheet for horror screenplay

Does anyone have a good outlining resource for writing horror? Horror beats and conventions that are unique to the genre? I've read the Save the Cat analysis which is pretty good but looking for anything I can learn from.

Jim Jackson

One of Snyder's ten story types is "Monster in the House," (Alien, etc.), which you could cater your beats to.

Philip Sedgwick

Before outlining, consider establishing the rules of the game. How do the ghosts/monsters operate? Are there time of day limits (like vampires in sunlight)? How can they be killed or exorcised? How will the protagonists access the information of the ghosts/monsters vulnerabilities? Also, setting the clock running in horror looms large... a good factor to keep in mind.
