Screenwriting : Pitching confidence by Shelagh Leonard

I've done three scriptwriting courses with Oxford University's adult education department and loved every minute. On the final evening of the last course we had to do a pitch as practice. I was so nervous but it made me realise how much skill is needed. The tutor told us to build a profile on social media and get confident. So I bit the bullet and signed up for a stand up course in September. I figured it would be much scarier than doing a pitch and what better way to prepare?
