A service for a service

if i pay people with a service as opposed to dollars do have to file anything? or file for another status outside if a sole proprietership? also where would i file a lawsuit waiver?

Erik A. Jacobson

You're a little short on specifics, Matt. I'm guessing you're referring to cast and/or crew and either SAG or the IRS. You also seem to be assuming that everyone would want or need your particular service.

Lawsuit waiver? Against what type of legal action? Any document is worth the money you have paid to craft it and the money you can afford to spend in court defending it.

I'm wondering if I can pay in through blockchain Erik A. Jacobson , do I have to report it to the irs? it's future capital. like just swag really? can I pay actors in swag if they accept the part?

Matt Trudell

JD Hartman no not at all. Im wondering if there would be any legal entanglement if I paid with altcoin at they are pretty high growth holdings over time, like bonds.
