Hi everyone! I'm a screenwriter and actress and I'm producing Soaring, one of four screenplays I've written. This one is a tribute to the Women Air Force Service Pilots of WWII . It's a Page quarter finalist, top 20% in the Nicholl Fellowship and official selection at the Beverly Hills Film Festival. Soaring is like a Latina Hidden Figures and celebrates a friendship that spans time and age. The subtle messages are self-empowerment, overcoming prejudice, and taking charge of one’s life. Congrats on the Nicholl Fellowship score. Also female lead roles/stories is in high demand. I was reading from Screncraft twitter account, a former Air Force female pilot, that studied screenwriting and wrote a spec based on her own experience. I believe she attended the Atlanta Film Fest and now has an agent working with her.
