Man, I hope I don't offend you - I listened to it twice. Please don't hate me.
I'm mixing both good and bad together, stream-of consciousness.
1. Maybe the tempo can be picked up a bit.
2. I like how it blends a couple of genres - the country guitar, the syth, the decks.
3. I was hooked on the Sitar-sounding lick at around :28.
4. I think the lyrics starting at :50 should be a woman's voice and you can then switch to a duet at around 1:40 where the singer(s) start bending the notes. And then have the male / chorus pick up later.
5. Switch to a male voice at about 2:28.
6. I would add a female to the chorus at about 3:40.
7. I didn't care for the echo of "space" at about 5:30 - I would consider a dissolve sound effect around there.
8. The ending is fine, but it fades a little too long for my taste.
Basically, JUST BY MY TASTE... But sounds a little too much testosterone given the melody, lyrics and tone. But the lyrics and the orchestration kick.
