I wrote a short titled Paper Airplanes. I think it would work best as an animation. I looked for animators a while back with no luck. Wondering the best way to find an animator?

Depends on the style...but popular freelance sites like Upwork are a good start, Also animation sites like AWN, if it's 3D you might find someone on the Blender forums. There is also an animation social media site: https://www.animatedbuzz.com/

I need a producer with whom I can partner to bring to life the following project. It's about immigration and totalitarian regimes scapegoating immigrants as well as about the people developing a sense of ownership over their own government, which they take from the hands of aristocrats and Supremacists after a bloody civil war. This project is for a producer who is not afraid of new concepts, is not afraid of sociopolitical issues and wants to make a difference. This is a series and I have covered the creative part corresponding to four seasons. But I a penniless nobody, so I don't have the connections to bring this project to life by myself, just my work to back my words.
