In India you won't get anyone work for free or friendly that easily. And it's each day job, and per day payment which works here. Not like in European or American market where some maintain incentives or quarterly payments or benefits so on. And Indians who are VFX artists won't be even in Stage32 to respond to you. It's like fishing in a pond for chicken.
Best you can do is approach students for intern positions with some nominal payment or some kind compensation to the artist. If you don't than be it VFX or writer or any your end product will look extremely mediocre work or too much complication to execute a simple work.
Best bet is try to see university students of some animation studios. But I doubt during pandemic you can get any , but try to reach and talk about a decent compensation package as such for intern and later you can talk for proper payment..
NEVER EVER ASK FOR FREE or Friendly work from anyone, that too in India. It's completely different dynamics of workstyle here.

I would be patient and wait until you have money. Free usually looks free, if you know what I mean.
