I have a horror film that I have been working on for the last ten years. It has an amazing cast and a budding crew attached to it so far. The only thing that is missing is I am looking for a producer who can help me get everything off the ground at last. I'm willing to answer anyone's questions about the film, as I am proud of it and all of it's accomplishments it has made so far. I just need help finding a producer who can help me with the business aspect of this film. Any suggestions? I do have a job posted listed on the site, but I just wanted to reach out here too.
Are you financed? Or do you want the producer to do that heavy lifting? Big difference in what role the producer / exec. producer plays.
Hi Nicole! Thanks for sharing in the producing lounge with this horror film opportunity! What is your distribution strategy - going festival route or looking for theatrical/streamers? Is this intended for North American or world wide? Do you have any lead ins to international festivals or markets? Are your talent on contract? Does that contract include a social strategy - if yes, is it paid or contractual? Have you assigned any points away? Where's the P&A number at? Answers to these light questions will help narrow your producer search!
Lindbergh Hollingsworth I need a producer to help me with that heavy lifting. I'm not financed that has been my biggest struggle.

Cherelynn Baker We have a distribution strategy for festival and theatrical/streamer route. We would like to at least go North American, if it goes international that would be amazing. I do have a few leads on the international festivals. My talent would be on contract if I can get the money, but they are waiting for those papers. I have not signed any points away.
