Keynote Address (11:30 AM – 12:30 PM) by Luis Alfaro, Chicano performance artist, writer, new Associate Artistic Director of Center Theatre Group, Los Angeles, and recipient of the 1997 MacArthur (“Genius”) Fellowship.

Panel on Marketing (1:30 – 2:30 PM, followed by brief Q & A) Racquel Lehrman, Founder and Managing Director of Theatre Planners in Los Angeles, Xavi Moreno, Marketing Director for The Latino Theater Co. at The Los Angeles Theatre Center & Producing Director for Company of Angels, and Ximón Wood, PR and Marketing Manager for East West Players, the nation’s longest running Asian American theater company, will share their insights.

ALAP Play Reading Festival (3:15 – 4:15 PM). Rehearsed readings of five 10-minute plays by ALAP members, selected by our national panel of judges through a blind submission process.
