Every time Editor starts with a project, no matter how much experience he has in it, He turns into a kid exploring content and playing with it with joy, at least in the initial stage. I think you understand the feeling.
I read that as it's fun to get a new project and explore the content. The first initial stages of looking through footage can be an exciting part of the process, thinking of all the things you can do with it.
Royal Octave as for it being boring/frustrating, it certainly is for some people. But those people don't become editors. And while I think there might be a way to automate the process of editing, it would never be the same as with a person. Programming emotion is a whole new level of SkyNet. It would be a very interesting experiment though!
Hi Gabriel, do you think exploring content and putting them in an order to tell the story is a boring/frustrating job? can be automated?
