Hello Everyone, any tips of guidance and team building within the network? Also I am a "generator" with a ton of creative ideas that are in the development stage, whom should I be in contact with about furthering along these project ideas for the bigger picture and stage, Stage 32!?

The Blogs have great articles about networking, finding a team/squad (https://www.stage32.com/blog/how-to-find-your-creative-squad-on-stage-32...), and different film industry topics. When you go to the Blogs, click the "Blog" button to the left, then click "Popular Tags" or "Featured Articles."

Hi Chiron! For "team building" I would say start connecting and building conversations with people throughout Stage 32, maybe join the lounges you don't specialize in (for example, you're a screenwriter but you want to find a director, maybe join the directing lounge and start conversations there). The more you grow your network, the more you'll then be able to build your team from within that because you'll have people who are committed to YOU over your project, and you will be committed to them in the same way. That makes for a longer-lasting relationship
