My name is Zach Gold, and I’m a remote video editor/colorist based in Bluffton, South Carolina. I have been slowly expanding my reach to connect with new clients and work on new projects all across the country. I have experience with commercials, documentaries, music videos, short films, and feature films!
I use different softwares depending on the project. My main softwares of choice are in the Adobe Suite, as well as Davinci Resolve Studio which I am certified in as a colorist. In my home office I have multiple powerful desktops, a powerful mobile workstation, lots of fast storage, fast and secure wifi, as well as a reference OLED monitor for accurate color grading and mastering in SDR with some HDR capabilities.

Maurice Vaughan From a technical standpoint I just enjoy working on everything, but if I had to pick a favorite I would have to say features. There's just something special to me about working on such a large project with so many different people and moving parts!

Emily J I have a feature right now that I'm currently the colorist for which has been a blast. The director and producers wanted an 80's vibe for it so it's been fun to help them create it!

Features are my favorite too, Zach Gold. I was thinking about music videos the other day. Some videos have great stories, but I've seen a lot that don't. I've noticed big-name artists don't get a lot of views on some of their YouTube videos, and I think it's [in part] because the videos have average stories. Because who wants to watch a music video over and over if it has an average story? Same thing with a movie or episode.
