Hello! Long time lurker, newborn poster here. If there are any comedic writer groups of 30 minute premium teleplays, I'd love to connect; a teleplay I'm writing in the genre is finally back on my to-do list and I'd love to learn more about that space and take it from a very rough first draft to something more polished. I've mainly focused on hour-long dramas and have a script that's done well in festivals and got me a couple of meetings, but I'd like to round out my writing with comedy scripts as well! Nice to meet you all!

Hey, Chris Crane. Ex-lurker here. I don't know of any comedic writer groups of 30 minute premium teleplays, but Stage 32 has webinars on Comedy writing (www.stage32.com/webinars?search=comedy) and TV writing (www.stage32.com/webinars/tag/television). Some of the webinars on the TV writing page are for Drama.
