On Writing : Manifestation. by D.E. White

Manifestation.

It's London Book Fair in March and I have a book out on submission via my agent. An actor friend sent me a link to manifestation ages ago, and I've decided to go for it! I've got motivational quotes all around the house, links up on my laptop, and books in places I walk past often. Anyone else do this and has it worked?

Stella Marie Alden

Hi again! I have used manifestation for ages. I suggest less motivational quotes and more concentration on the actual goals. Such as "I earn 100K as a writer this year." Make it as lofty as you can believe you can do. GOOD LUCK!

Ashley Renée Smith

I have friends who swear by it, D.E. White! I believe that putting positivity out into the universe will always come back in positive ways.

Manifestation is thoughts become things. I don't use motivational quotes, I act "As if" I already have what I want. To build on what Stella said, "I have earned 100k as a writer this year." And then make every decision like you would if you had. I.e. plan a dream vacation, shop for your dream house, talk like it has already happened. Yes it works. Don't attach to the outcome just the general end result.

All the time, its what I teach as a mindset coach.. and yes it works wonderfully. Every night before I go to sleep, i give my unconscious mind something to work on by asking myself "how would I 'feel' (not think) how would 'I FEEL' if I did have (whatever I am trying to manifest). your mind 'when involved in the feeling' then will automatically bring up the pictures to match that feeling - if that makes sense. try it and let me know how you go :)
