Hi, Everyone. I am Rey Parla. I live in Brooklyn, NY, with my family, and I work here at parlastudios.com and reyparla.com. I am mainly involved with The Barrow Group and continue to take classes there. I highly recommend it. I completed TBG's one-year Directing Lab Program. It was a phenomenal experience learning from Seth Barrish and Lee Brock, as well as working with my directing peers and the excellent actors I experienced in the scenes we studied. I just saw Shane Stanley in a very generous Zoom for Be a Multi-Hyphenate: Your Blueprint to Produce, Direct & Edit Your Feature Film, where I learned a lot and was reminded of things learned; I highly recommend it since it was a recorded event under Webinars, check it out.
