Hello everyone!
My name is Connor N. F. Field, I am a student at Texas A&M University. I am in my third year of pursing a degree in marketing, hoping to break into entertainment advertising. I currently work on small student projects where I help with graphic design, SEO, and film festival distribution. My future goal is to become a Producer of Marketing & Distribution for independent films.
A bit about me:
I love comedy films, and writing them as well, I especially love absurdist films like movies by Mel Brooks, Monty Python, etc. I love doing any creative project I can get my hands on, trying to make the most of my time. I love watching movies as well.
I am looking to connect with people who are trying to also break in or have advice on how to do so. I have tried applying to dozens of internships with very little luck. So if you know any open position, or have any recommendations for looking for jobs in that sector, feel free to lmk!
I am from Nashville, Tennessee, so if you are in that area and would like to connect, feel free to reach out.

Welcome to Stage 32, Connor N. F. Field! It’s fantastic to see someone so focused and driven toward such a specific and essential part of the filmmaking process—marketing and distribution truly make all the difference in a project’s success, especially for indie films. You’re already gaining great experience through student projects, and that foundation will definitely serve you well as you continue building your network.
I’d recommend getting active in both the Producing Lounge and the Distribution Lounge, where you can connect with professionals who’ve navigated the same path and may have advice or opportunities to share. You can find the lounges here: https://www.stage32.com/lounge
