hi guys!
I'm Reva, y'all can call me ray, I'm from India and I'm a film student. I'm currently studying Filmmaking and plan on majoring in screenwriting and direction! I have also published two books on Wattpad and have a strong base of readers! screenplay writing is something where i've done some of my best work, having said that, I have quite a few projects that have already been made and half of which are a work in progress. 2 of these projects which I tell people with a lot of pride are "LAALBATTI" and "MENOPAUSE".
Laalbatti happens to be a non-fiction documentary on the lives of prostitutes of Mumbai's red light area. It was quiter a roller coaster ride honestly, but walking through those tiny shady lanes, capturing the lives of the brothels, speaking to the womeb who never got the chance to talk, it was all a cluster of excitement, spine chilling stories and an emotional ride.
Menopause is basically a PSA I made. I'm personally not big on advertisments, but man when i worked on Menopause as a topic for my PSA I realised two things.
1. how creating so much in the span of 1 minute is complicated yet beautiful when you see the simple but impactful outcome.
2. Filmmaking isn't just about 2 hours long feature films but every little film, video and advertisement that provides a peace of creativity, entertainment and impact to the society.
The process was honestly quiet fun, I chose to make it a familya ffair by including women from my family to keep it authentic and as real as possible. The outcome was truly so raw and amazing, it felt women feel understood.
I can't wait to create more of such amazing content! let's get in touch and bring stories to live!

Hi, Reva Tungikar. Welcome to the community. Congratulations on publishing two books and having a strong base of readers! Here's a blog that'll help you navigate Stage 32 and connect with creatives and industry professionals: www.stage32.com/blog/how-to-successfully-navigate-the-stage-32-platform-...
I suggest adding a profile picture and a detailed bio to your profile. People will feel more comfortable networking and collaborating with you if they know what you look like. And if you have a picture, your profile will show up when someone searches for you. A detailed bio will help you build relationships/network on here. You could add things to your bio like your interest in filmmaking and screenwriting, your accomplishments, your goals, and what movies, books, and shows you like.
