I submitted/paid for about 8-10 pitches and after receiving my first feedback, realized that I was too vague about a certain area... my mistake was treating the "pitch" like a logline.
I was purposefully giving a "taste" rather than the "whole dish," creating a disconnect in the narrative. My question is: Can I resubmit an updated pitch to the folks who haven't reviewed it yet or did I screw myself? Ack!
Hi, Rhonda & Bobby Aycock. I suggest emailing writerhelp@stage32.com.

Don’t confuse a pitch with a logline or synopsis. A logline is one sentence. A pitch is 3-5 sentences. A synopsis is a page to a page and a half.

Thanks, Jim Fisher. I probably used the wrong terminology. I treated the pitch like a logline in that I was purposefully vague in an attempt to give a "taste," rather than the "whole dish."

Hi Rhonda, if the executives haven't reviewed the materials yet or opened the files, we'll do our best to swap the materials but it's heavily dependent on the execs and where they are in the review process.

If you email writerhelp@stage32.com, we will review!
Geoffroy Faugerolas I did and received a negative response from "Brandy." If there's a way you can assist, I would be grateful.

Rhonda & Bobby Aycock if the session is already underway or the execs have already opened the file, there isn’t much we can do unfortunately but you’d still be able to get valuable feedback from the executives. I’d also recommend emailing us at successstage32.com so that we can provide you with written pitch examples and some best practices for future sessions. We want you to be successful.
